Part of a £80,000,000 portfolio to sell on behalf of IDM
Kane House formed part of IDM Properties’ £80 million London portfolio. The development comprised nine high-spec apartments in Tottenham, all initially tenanted. Haus was instructed to handle the sales strategy once the tenants vacated, repositioning the scheme for the open market. Working closely with IDM, we advised on pricing, timing and presentation to ensure a smooth transition from rented to for-sale – achieving strong sales across the block.
Haus was appointed to manage the full sales process once the tenants had vacated. We advised IDM on the best timing for release, refreshed the marketing materials, and reintroduced the development to the market with sharper positioning and stronger buyer messaging. Our focus was on creating momentum -hosting back-to-back viewings, targeting local first-time buyers and investors, and maximising value through well-timed price adjustments. The result was a clean sell-through across all units, helping IDM successfully complete this phase of their £80m portfolio disposal.
