What makes Haus Properties different from other estate agencies?
We only sell new homes. That focus means every part of our business, from people, strategy and systems through to sales and marketing, is built for property developers. You won’t find junior negotiators, lettings or general resales mixed in either. Every home is handled by experienced New Homes professionals (we call them Partners) who are self employed, has a minimum of 10 years experience selling new homes, understand how to generate momentum, protect values, and keep sales moving!

What is a Haus Partner?
A Haus Partner is a self-employed new build sales professional with a minimum of 10 years new build sales experience, and they sell new homes under the Haus Properties brand.
You run your own business, but with full access to our systems, marketing, operations and developer network. You keep the lion’s share of the commission – we provide the platform to help you grow it.
